This message is for the strong, independent types. You pride yourself in being self-sufficient. You've learned to manage life on your own so you rarely ask for help. Plus, when you do ask for help, people let you down, so you learned to rely strictly on yourself.

 

Many people feel way, but I believe the silent struggle for men is unique. You don't want to be a burden because you're supposed to be the tough one. You aren't exactly sure how you're feeling, because no one encouraged you to express your emotions as a kid. And you're worried if you do open up, they'll ridicule you for being "too sensitive" or "weak."

 

Truth is, we will all face circumstances in life that are too much to handle alone. You have given this your all, but now you're overwhelmed, exhausted, and disconnected from the people you love the most. You have tried everything but nothing helps.

 

That's where I come in.
